| Who is Little Pickle Products (LPP)? |
| LPP is owned and operated by Merchant Technology Limited (registered no. 0343 6024), a software development house based in Melksham. LPP supply high quality, timeless wooden toys and products by mail-order directly from a web site and through a network of UK/USA of stockists and individuals (resellers). |
| What do I need to know about the products? |
| They are all wooden and conform to the European CE safety mark. There is a supplier recommended minimum age for Little Pickles on the packaging. All wood used in the products are from 100% replenishable rubber wood schemes in Thailand. |
| What is the LPP reseller agreement? |
| We offer a straight-forward "sale-or-return" policy for a percentage commission of the LLP Recommended Retail Price (RPP). This means the stock, agreed on the inventory list when delivered to your nominated reseller site, will remain the property of LPP and can be recovered at any time. Similarly, to 'return' any unsold items, simply contact LPP and a collection will be arranged. The reseller inventory list will be amended accordingly when any stock is returned in its original supplied condition. We recommend that all LPP items are sold at the specified RRP but the reseller can change these if required. |
| When and how do I receive any sales commission? |
| The reseller takes all sales monies and with be required to confirm, on a monthly basis, the list of items sold. Once this is received, the reseller will be invoiced for the remaining percentage of the sales total. Please note all prices include UK VAT (17.5%) and all invoices will be subject to VAT from the parent company Merchant Technology Limited. Invoices are required for full payment within 16 days of issue and items will be charged at the LPP RRP, set out in the inventory agreement. |
| How do I place a re/order? |
| LPP keeps in regular contact with the reseller network regarding new items or promotions. To place an order, please e-mail, fax or phone using the contact details provided stating your LPP reseller number and a rapid delivery will be arranged. |
| How do I cancel the agreement? |
| It is easy - simply make contact with LPP and instruct us to remove our stock from the nominated reseller site(s) (listed in the original agreement). Once we have done this the agreement is terminated and all accounts due will be resolved in the normal monthly cycle thereby finalising the arrangement. |
